CONSULMET SA (PTY ) LIMITED DISPUTE WITH ALFIERI HOLDINGS AND IKOTI COAL
Consulmet SA (Pty) Ltd, the local arm and a separate and distinct legal entity within the Consulmet Group, confirms, with regret, that it is in dispute with Alfieri Holdings and Ikoti Coal concerning the terms of a contract with Consulmet SA (Pty) Limited for the construction of a coal washing plant.
We will not take any of the allegations and charges made publicly against us by any party “lying down”.
We refute them all, and will pursue the matter through South Africa’s judicial system, with the best available legal and other advice.
Updates will be provided here but the content and timing of these will depend strictly on the advice of our legal team.
