Iron Ore Beneficiation Plants

Consulmet offers a range of modular plants for the beneficiation of iron ore. These plants have been developed through our expertise in DMS plant design. Our standard DMS modules form the core of our iron ore beneficiation plants and are deployed in conjunction with our spiral separation modules and WHIMS (Wet High-Intensity Magnetic Separation) modules for maximum product recovery.

Our iron ore processing plants are available in capacities starting from 50tph with maximum tonnages dictated by client requirements. Design features include wash water spirals for the optimum recovery of iron ore, as well as skid mounted pumps and tanks for quick installation.

Our iron ore plants are custom built to the requirements of the client.
