Though our primary focus is the design and supply of turnkey plants, we can also provide a range of extractive metallurgical services that include metallurgical test-work and the reviewing of existing test-work data.

Containerised Gold Processing Plants
Consulmet’s 5 to 15tph gold extraction plants are designed to fit inside standard shipping containers, allowing for ease of transportation and rapid assembly. Each gold plant comprises a milling module, separation module, gold recovery module, water recovery circuit and integrated roof structure.
Consulmet’s containerised gold processing plants have been designed to provide core skills development in milling, separation and gravity recovery. Other design features are as follows:
- Design tonnages of 5 to 15 tph
- A footprint of 3 to 4 standard high cube shipping containers
- Maximised gold recovery without toxic chemical utilisation and disposal
- Minimal operating costs
- Ease of disassembly and relocation
