Our procurement and logistics personnel work closely with our plant design and construction teams to ensure that all the cost and schedule requirements of our clients are clearly understood.

Ore processing plant components, equipment and spares procured are stored at our 800m2 warehousing facility in Modderfontein, Johannesburg. The secure packaging of components is completed on-site prior to distribution. If materials are hazardous then experts in the field are employed to ensure appropriate controls and safety measures are in place.

Our complete processing plants are stored in our fabrication workshops. These plants are containerised under strict supervision once erected and water commissioned. The production of high quality mineral processing solutions is ensured through our strict quality control systems.

Prompt delivery of all our modular plants and plant components is handled by our expert personnel. Suitably qualified partners in the freight industry provide assistance and local support for projects when required.

Consulmet has gained vast experience in the transportation of its mineral mining solutions to remote areas in Africa (particularly Angola) and Australia.
