Mineral Processing Plant Design

Consulmet’s team of engineers are highly skilled in the design of modular mineral processing plants. Our team of in-house 3D design drafts-personnel use the latest version of Autodesk Inventor to design all of our plants.

This drawing package allows Consulmet to present the plant layout to the client in its final configuration and position. Although standard designs are already in place, modifications can be made to tailor plants to suit a particular client’s requirements.

All certified vendor drawings are redrawn in 3D before being inserted into the plant layout. This ensures complete design accuracy. All 2D fabrication drawings are derived from the 3D models, thereby minimising any errors associated with inaccurate 2D drawings.
