The Consulmet team comprises experts in the mining and mineral processing industries, including: process engineers, mechanical engineers, civil/structural engineers, project managers, in-house design & draughting professionals, logistics & support personnel, and construction, commissioning and operations personnel. Together, we have consistently delivered design innovations for mineral processing projects across the globe.

Our team of engineers are exceptionally skilled in the design of modular plants for the processing of gold, diamonds and gemstones, iron ore, coal, mineral sands, chromite, ferrochrome, PGM’s and other heavy minerals.

Consulmet benefits from the high calibre and substantial experience of its directors, managers and engineering staff. Our senior management team is involved in the running of all our projects. This hands-on approach minimises our overhead structure and improves our ability to attend to the needs of our clients.

We have a staff complement of over 180 people in South Africa and Australia that are experienced in delivering projects in lump- sum turnkey, EPCM and consulting environments. The experience of our team in brownfield and greenfield projects; plant operation and maintenance roles adds value by balancing costs to minimise overall life-cycle costs and, where appropriate, accommodate future plant expansions and enhance functionality.
